You've graduated from the fundamentals of health and are ready for your master's degree!

You'll discover the value of antioxidants and eicosanoids, and learn age-speciic strategies for each point on your biological passage.

Best of all, I'll protect you from snake-oil remedies by equipping you with scientiically validated recommendations, based on peer-reviewed research, to maximize your health for life.

 

Results vary. Typical weight loss is 2-5 lbs per week for the first 2 weeks and 1-2 lbs per week thereafter.
