The Path to Longevity: Thriving Longer

Finally, we enter the phase in which you'll find out how to extend your healthy new life beyond what's considered a normal lifespan. After all, now that you're enjoying optimal health, you might as well stick around! We'll fine-tune your energy control, adding new techniques to help you live longer and healthier, and we'll introduce ways to keep you Ultrahealthy as an extension of your new Habits of Health.

Before you start your journey, let me summarize why this plan can help you succeed where others have failed.

Losing weight is only half the battle. Our goal is to help you create permanent optimal health. I want you to enjoy radiant health, more energy, restful sleep, and a body that supports you in living not only a longer life, but one that's focused around what matters most to you. With my Habits of Health, this isn't as hard as it may seem.

I know that this plan can help you take control of your health and your life. In it, you'll find stories about people from every walk of life -- people who were where you are now and who are thriving today, thanks to our formula of success. They didn't get there overnight, though they probably reached their healthy weight quicker than they expected. Notice that these are people who have remained healthy for many years. They succeeded by taking a series of simple steps that showed them how to create lifelong Habits of Health.
