Learning the Habits of Health

Now that you're firmly on the path to optimal health, with a healthy weight in reach, you're ready to build on that foundation. As I teach you key habits of health -- including how to eat healthy for life, how to integrate movement into your daily routine, how to harness the power of restorative sleep, and how to develop an individualized support system -- you'll model each example in your own life, internalizing the strategic choices that are critical to long-term success.

You'll gain control over your health and find that over time these habits become automatic.

They'll help you develop a new lifestyle that will shield you from the obesigenic world out there! As you gain health, who knows what thriving new life awaits you?

 

Results vary. Typical weight loss is 2-5 lbs per week for the first 2 weeks and 1-2 lbs per week thereafter.
